In een start-up – waar de tijdsdruk hoog is – vind ik het vaak moeilijk om balans te brengen in mijn prioriteiten. We kunnen 4 weken dag en nacht werken en dan staat het product waarschijnlijk verder, maar dan is iedereen wel uitgeput. Dus ik zoek naar manieren om snel maar ook duurzaam een schaalbaar en herhaalbaar business model te vinden. Twee woorden helpen me regelmatig bij het balanceren van prioriteiten: ‘by design’.
